Shipping policy

Home Comfort Advisors Inc. primarily operates as a quote-request platform. Most of our services do not involve shipping physical products. If we offer physical items for purchase from time to time, this Shipping Policy explains how shipping works.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to: Canada. If international shipping is offered for a specific item, it will be stated on the product page or at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary depending on the item and availability.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, package size/weight, and carrier rates. Any shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery estimates within Canada are 3–10 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and the carrier.
Order tracking
If tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping carriers
We may ship using major carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or other courier services depending on the destination and package requirements.
Customs, duties, and taxes (if applicable)
If an order ships outside Canada (only if offered), the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Shipping delays
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you file a carrier claim (if applicable). You can reach us at support@homecomfortadvisors.ca. We may request photos of damage and/or the packaging.
